How does awakener orb work? ›

Awakener's Orb is a currency item. Using it on an item destroys the item, and allows the player to apply the item's influence to another item of the same item class. The second item is then reforged as a rare item with both influence types and new modifiers.

Awakener's orbs are spent by right-clicking the orb, left-clicking a donor item, and then left-clicking a target item. The two items must be of the same item type, with different influences. Each item must have exactly one influence. The target item's base type, item level, sockets, and links are retained.

The orb is attracted to the pipe at first because the orb has a positive charge. As soon as the orb touches the pipe, it picks up a negative charge. Since the pipe is negative and the tinsel orb is now negative, they repel away from each other and the orb levitates!

What do Orbs of Power do in Destiny 2? Orbs of Power have a ton of uses in Destiny 2. The main one is that it will let you earn Super energy faster. On top of that by equipping certain mods they can allow you to heal faster, generate ability energy, and other helpful uses.

You fling a ball of eldritch energy at a creature or object within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d8 force damage, and each other creature within 5 feet of the target must make a Dexterity saving throw.

You use pass orbs to fuel Pass Powers. To obtain Pass Powers, go to your Entree, which is located in your Entralink. Select "obtain pass power" and a list will come up. Select your desired power and it will be registered in your C-gear (only one at a time).

An Orb of Fusing is a currency item that can be used to re-roll the links between sockets on a weapon or piece of armour. The colour and number of sockets remain unchanged.

Orbs of Annulment are used in item crafting, and are especially useful to improve good items with one undesired modifier. Using these orbs is risky though, since the removed modifier is chosen randomly. Catalyst, however, would change the weighting.

Orb of Storms is a lightning spell that lays down a lightning orb that zaps an enemy within its radius for lightning damage. When the user casts a lightning spell within the orb's radius, the orb's attack frequency increases.

Shoot out a light projectile that grants 20% fortify for 10s, heals an ally for 8% of weapon damage, and deals 146% weapon damage when it hits an enemy. (Fortify increases armor.)
